Expat Solutions

Expat Solutions is a business centre which was set up in 2014

It brought together a selection of tried and trusted companies who had already been working together, combining them all under one roof. The aim of the company is to offer a one stop solution for all of your expat needs whether on holiday, just settling or an old timer.

Our Solution

Under the umbrella of Expat Solutions we offer a “solution” to all your paperwork needs, from buying your home in Spain to writing your wills, changing your driving licence and buying that left hand drive car. We also have a qualified accountant for your yearly taxes, a solicitor and insurance broker and a host of tradesmen from electricians and plumbers to an aluminium specialist.

Our Work

With offices in La Marina and Alicante we are an established company that not only helps with Spanish bureaucracy but also specialises in Community Administration with communities being administrated in La Marina, Guardamar and Alicante. As a support to this “arm” of the company we also have a pool cleaning and maintenance company which works primarily out of the Alicante office.

Antonio Candela Espinosa
Community Administrator and tax declarations

Antonio is a qualified and certified Community Administrator who is also responsible for the overseeing of tax declarations. Born and bred in La Marina village he has a host of knowledge and experience and a contact list to be envious of.

Francisco Linares Pascual
Aluminium specialist

Fran is our Aluminium specialist; he has a commercial unit in San Fulgencio for the manufacturing of his products but uses the office as a point of sale and contact. Again, he is a local of La Marina and can fabricate the most amazing things out of aluminium.

Preparation of taxes and yearly declarations

Based in our Alicante office Fausto is in charge of preparing the taxes for the companies we administrate for, from tri-mestre returns to yearly declarations he is the one up to his neck in business receipts.

Tina Brown
Administration of the office

Based in the La Marina office Tina is in charge of the day to day running and administration of the office. Having lived on the Urb since 2002 and worked on the Urb for 15 years, ten of which were for an estate agent, whilst she still doesn’t know her way round she does know a lot about life on the Urb.
